企業(yè)網(wǎng)站制作常見問題歸納

在企業(yè)網(wǎng)站的網(wǎng)站制作方面所存在的問題直接影響到網(wǎng)站的專業(yè)性，甚至對企業(yè)形象造成負(fù)面影響。由于網(wǎng)頁設(shè)計問題非常之多，不可能進行完整的統(tǒng)計，這里僅對部分重要問題進行了調(diào)查分析，但并未進行詳細(xì)的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計，為了詳細(xì)說明網(wǎng)頁設(shè)計中所存在的問題，下面分類羅列這些常見的問題：

網(wǎng)站規(guī)劃：
•整體規(guī)劃不合理，主輔菜單不清晰;
•網(wǎng)站建設(shè)導(dǎo)向不明確，重點不突出;
•欄目過多或者過少;
•各欄目缺乏統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃，整個網(wǎng)站比較雜亂;
•網(wǎng)站的促銷功能沒有得到明顯體現(xiàn)。
菜單設(shè)置：
•菜單采用圖片形式，圖標(biāo)標(biāo)識不明確，無文字說明，需要用戶移動鼠標(biāo)進行猜測;
•菜單層次過多，有效信息層次太深，需要多次點擊才能找到有效信息;
•過多采用鼠標(biāo)響應(yīng)式菜單，欄目設(shè)置不合理，使得用戶難以發(fā)現(xiàn)需要的信息;
•欄目設(shè)置有重疊;
•欄目名稱意義不明確，容易造成混淆;
•全flash首頁和菜單，無法優(yōu)化處理，也沒有相應(yīng)的文字說明
•欄目過于簡單，重要信息不完整，有效信息少。
網(wǎng)站首頁：
•采用大型圖片或者FLASH，真正用戶關(guān)心的信息在首頁沒有體現(xiàn)，需要多次點擊;
•過大的FLASH嚴(yán)重影響首頁下載速度;
•首頁有效信息量小;
•首頁無標(biāo)題;
•主頁布局比較亂，重要信息沒有得以重點體現(xiàn);
•打開網(wǎng)頁彈出多個窗口，影響正常瀏覽;
•追求“創(chuàng)意”效果，很難理解網(wǎng)站要表達(dá)的意思。
頁面信息：
•重要信息不完整，如聯(lián)系方式和產(chǎn)品介紹等;
•頁面信息小，需要多次翻頁;
•與企業(yè)形象、產(chǎn)品、促銷等方面無關(guān)的信息;
•產(chǎn)品詳細(xì)介紹內(nèi)容過少;
•內(nèi)容頁面沒有標(biāo)題，或者全部使用公司名為標(biāo)題;
•部分內(nèi)容陳舊，缺乏時效性;
•部分欄目無任何內(nèi)容。
網(wǎng)頁字體和美工：
•過分注重美術(shù)效果，大量采用圖片，影響網(wǎng)頁下載速度;
•過分注重美觀，有些連基本信息內(nèi)容都用圖片格式，影響基本信息獲取;
•文字太小、文字顏色暗淡、采用深色頁面背景等，影響正常視覺;
•頁面過于花哨，接近于游戲網(wǎng)站。
調(diào)查結(jié)果表明，在網(wǎng)站規(guī)劃和網(wǎng)頁設(shè)計中所存在的主要問題包括5類30個問題，其中最為突出的問題(出現(xiàn)頻率最高)是：

(1)網(wǎng)站規(guī)劃和欄目設(shè)置不合理：主要表現(xiàn)在欄目設(shè)置有重疊、交叉、或者欄目名稱意義不明確，容易造成混淆，使得用戶難以發(fā)現(xiàn)需要的信息，有些網(wǎng)站則欄目過于繁多和雜亂，網(wǎng)站導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)又比較混亂;
