在RHEL8中繼續(xù)支持service

網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)服務(wù)管理已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)移到NetworkManager不再是network了

修改網(wǎng)卡配置文件，重啟NetwrokManager服務(wù)新IP不生效！
