攪拌車(chē)是通過(guò)液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)來(lái)驅(qū)動(dòng)罐體的，液壓油散熱系統(tǒng)中最容易出現(xiàn)故障的就是保險(xiǎn)開(kāi)關(guān)，因此在故障發(fā)生后，最好第一時(shí)間檢查保險(xiǎn)開(kāi)關(guān)。

電機(jī)是整個(gè)散熱系統(tǒng)中最為關(guān)鍵的部件，散熱效果的好與壞，和電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速及運(yùn)行的平穩(wěn)狀態(tài)有著直接的關(guān)系，它由連接車(chē)輛電瓶的電控盒直接供電，用電力驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，來(lái)帶走熱交換器當(dāng)中的額熱量，給液壓油降溫。
The motor is the most critical component in the whole heat dissipation system. The good or bad heat dissipation effect is directly related to the speed of the motor and the stable running state. It is directly powered by the electric control box connected to the vehicle battery, and uses the electric power to drive the motor to run at high speed to take away the amount of heat from the heat exchanger and cool the hydraulic oil.

攪拌車(chē)?yán)靡簤河蜕崞鱽?lái)進(jìn)行降溫。熱交換器上裝有電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)風(fēng)扇進(jìn)行散熱，讓液壓油正常工作，上面的機(jī)械式指針通過(guò)檢測(cè)管路當(dāng)中的負(fù)壓，如果出現(xiàn)讀數(shù)證明液壓油濾清器可能出現(xiàn)堵塞，剛開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)的時(shí)候只需要拔掉上面的橡膠指針歸零，如果后面還出現(xiàn)讀書(shū)且拔掉橡膠塞之后還解決不了的話(huà)，就需要更換液壓油濾芯了。

The mechanical pointer on the top detects the negative pressure in the pipeline. 溫度傳感器位于熱交換器的進(jìn)油管上，它的作用就是檢測(cè)液壓油的溫度，攪拌車(chē)散熱系統(tǒng)發(fā)生故障后，如果確認(rèn)不是保險(xiǎn)的問(wèn)題，那就檢查溫度傳感器。
The temperature sensor is located on the oil inlet pipe of the heat exchanger. Its function is to detect the temperature of the hydraulic oil. After the heat dissipation system of the mixer fails, if it is confirmed that it is not the insurance problem, check the temperature sensor.
