小型混凝土攪拌車把車開到攪拌站加料漏斗下，使車的進料斗口與攪拌站的出料漏斗口對正，防止混凝土流到車外面造成浪費和污染車體。攪拌車操縱手柄，使攪拌筒正轉達10~12r/min，這時可向攪拌筒進料。料裝到公稱攪動容量時，操縱手柄，將發(fā)動機轉速調為1800r/min時,使攪拌筒的攪動轉速為1~3r/min，使發(fā)動機轉速為最小后，然后在駕駛室鎖住手柄，把車開至交貨地點。

混凝土攪拌車從進料開始到卸料完畢允許的最大時間為1.5小時或拌筒旋轉300轉（取其中時間短者）。車輛滿載上坡應適當使拌筒旋轉速度加快。車到交貨地點后，把卸料溜槽和加長溜槽轉向需卸料的位置。在操縱車輛尾部兩側手柄前，應解開駕駛室操縱定位鎖緊板，才能實現拌筒尾部正反轉操作。然后根據工地要求的速度進行卸料。
